Despite having 90 million monthly users, a misconception prevailed regarding the proportion of paying users. My role was to debunk these assumptions by providing Naver stakeholders with hard data, revealing that less than 2% of users subscribe, with a preference for the base premium subscription over premium plus. The task at hand was not only to analyze the current subscription trends but also to provide forecasts, leveraging Python and machine learning to create 3D visualizations of sales trends.
